BIRTHRIGHT is a superbly written work. Bailey's characterizations are realistic and the country scenes vivid and fresh. He knows his subject and brings the reader along for a sometimes sad but nevertheless enlightening journey. I highly recommend this book and look forward to Larry Bailey's subsequent work...
